About our coffee

Our specialty grade coffee is soaked in real Kentucky Bourbon before it's roasted, until the beans absorb every drop.  It is dried and then micro roasted to a Medium-Dark perfection when the natural sugars of the beans and the Bourbon are caramelized just right.  The result is an intense and full bodied coffee with Bourbon flavor notes of cinnamon, caramel, and butterscotch.  The marriage of these natural flavors is a fine balance of sweet and spice, fruitiness and nuttiness, partially derived from the Bourbon's maturation in seasoned oak casks.  The coffees natural cocoa toned finish is very smooth and velvet-like with a lasting residual sweetness that calls for another sip!
